 VEGI-SAUSAGE

    INGREDIENTS

*Boiled raw jack             *Salt

*A bitter gourd                *Chili powder

* 4Cardomom pods       *Pepper

*4 Garlic bics                  *Soya sause

*3 onions                         *Kurakkan flour

*Curry leaves                  *Gram flour

*Suduru                           *Oil

*Fenugreek                     *Banana leaves

*Coriander powder



PROCEDURE
First,boil the raw jack by adding salt and goraka.Then cut the bitter gourd into small slices and put them under sunlight for 15 minutes.then deep fry them.Heat a bowl with 2tebl spoons of oil and put the chopped garlic,onions,curry leaves,cardomom,coriander powder,suduru,fenugreek,pepper,chilli powder,salt,soya sause and fried bitter gourd into it.then blend it well.Then add it to chopped raw jack.Then add kurakkan flour,gram flour and mix well.cut the heated banana leaves and lunch sheet.put lunch sheet on the banana leaf and put the sausage shape mixture on it and wrap it.put them in a steamer for 40 minutes and then put them in a refrigerator.then fry it and serve.
